Return & Refund Policy
Reliable Agency believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the
cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and
they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. Reliable Agency does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers. eatables etc.
However. refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not
good.
3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The
request will however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must
bring Ito the notice of our customer service within 1 day of
receiving the product The Customer Service Team alter looking into your complaint will take an
appropriate decision.
5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue
to them.
6. In case of any Refunds approved by the Reliable Agency
it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
7. Returns will be processed and timelines provided within 4-5 days of return acceptance.
At our www Reliable_Agency.com and our mobile application (hereinafter referred as platform), we can
decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return against the various acceptable conditions, If the
payment for order was done from your side then a refund/return for such payment will be processed to your
original payment method.
Customer may make the receipt of Products, if product(s) so delivered islare not as per the ordered quantity,
agreed specifications and/or found defective in nature. Further, the refund/return request can not be made
beyond the aforesaid.
We shall not accept the refund/return request from the customer after expiration of the aforesaid time period.
We require the images of the product, images of box/ received invoice along with query for the product/ products
under refund/return request therefore you will share the same in original conditions to

It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images it will be decided
whether the return shall be initiated or refund shall be initiated, after getting the internal management
approval.
If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has been delivered.
It is noted that if the delivered orders is not matched as per the conditions mentioned above
(i) then above clause
(ii) shall come into effect.
